*This article refers to the detailed rating breakdown features that enables subscribed ratings dashboard customers to see the granular scores and assessment data underlying a brand's rating.
Good On You updates its methodology and technology to adapt to new science and best practice and to improve the rating process. Sometimes those updates mean that an older methodology system does not have a one-to-one relationship with the current methodology for some questions and scoring logic.
Some older ratings can therefore be missing issue scores or answers on certain questions where the older data could not be directly translated to the newer methodology. When this happens the rating will show "Issue score not calculated" on the issue score bar, and a note may be displayed to indicate that rating data may be missing.
Those ratings are still valid as at the date they were completed. Missing data should not be interpreted as the brand underperforming, and the data that is available is still typically a good indicator of the practices that contribute to the brand's pillar-level score.
Speak to your account manager if you would like to request a rating update, after which you would be able to see the full detail of the rating.
